Set ’Service Levels’ Based on Transfer Type

Previously ’Service Levels’ were applied globally to all ’Transfer Types’ (account, cash collection, card transfer, home delivery, mobile money transfer and utility bill payments). Now individual transfer types can have their own Service Levels.
