Assad Alawneh is a shareholder and Deputy General Manager at Alawneh Exchange Jordan. Assad has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Since his graduation in 1994, he has worked for many years in the hotel industry and airlines sector. He has then joined his family business in the year 2000 until the present.

Throughout the years, he has worked on automating the payment system of the company and enabling integrations with other systems. He has also worked on expanding the agents and correspondent banks network. In addition, he has also introduced the digital transformation of payments to introduce new payment channels for remittances to include wallets remittances as well as cards remittances.
