to go through the KYC process, as defined by your regulatory body. With R1
ORM, your remitters (customers) can create and manage their beneficiaries (individuals
receiving money); send money to their beneficiaries; view transaction histories
and have access to other relevant information online. Remitters can also top-up
their e-Wallet accounts by paying at one of your Agent branches or by bank transfer and use
the funds available in their e-Wallet accounts to transfer funds to their
beneficiaries.
